INVESTIGATIVE SCIENTISTMs Vuyolwethu Musoke

Ms. Vuyolwethu Musoke is an aviation law enthusiast interested in the operative perspective of applying aviation law within the African context. She is an investigative scientist at the South African Police Services with over 7 years’ experience in the crime scene investigation segment. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Walter Sisulu University, a National Diploma in Chemical Engineering from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, and a Bachelor of Laws from UNISA. She is currently a Master of Laws candidate at UNISA, specializing in International and Constitutional Law. Above her interest in the general aviation sector, as a junior researcher under the tutelage of the Afrikan Peer Growth Network (APGroN), Vuyolwethu’s key interest is in the fast-growing industry of unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) and the development of national regulations in that regard. She hopes to explore how the aviation industry and aviation law can be used in law enforcement and crime investigations.
